Zenero is a cutting-edge generative AI-based analytics platform designed specifically for B2B growth teams. The platform transforms raw revenue data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to optimize their sales and marketing strategies. Zenero is purpose-built to unify revenue data across sales and marketing, providing a seamless, personalized experience for B2B companies.

Problem Statement:
B2B companies often struggle to extract meaningful insights from vast amounts of raw data spread across various systems. The challenge was to develop a platform that could efficiently cleanse, organize, and analyze this data without requiring a new data warehouse, ultimately providing personalized insights that drive revenue growth.

Solution:
As the Backend Lead, I was responsible for leading the backend development team in creating a robust microservices architecture using FastAPI. This architecture allowed Zenero to efficiently process and analyze large volumes of revenue data. The backend was designed to connect with existing CRM systems, automatically cleanse and stitch the data using large language models, and generate personalized insights tailored to each B2B company’s unique needs.

We structured the database schema to ensure efficient data management and seamless integration with the microservices architecture. The backend also supported real-time data processing and the generation of AI-driven insights, which were crucial for helping companies identify growth opportunities and optimize their revenue funnels.

The implementation of Zenero led to significant improvements in how B2B companies manage and utilize their revenue data.
